The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting the Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, and client relations functions of the property. The Leasing Agent strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing clients, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.

Responsibilities For Assistant Property Manager:

• Demonstrate all the product features and benefits offered in our homes
• Complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications. Notify prospective clients of results.
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy. Update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc.

Qualifications For Assistant Property Manager:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a sales environment
• Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required by business and client demands
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a strong emphasis on listening
• Strong closing, problem solving and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as, customer relation management software

Physical Abilities Required To Perform Assistant Property Manager:

• This position requires medium work with lifting and moving of up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently.
• There is frequent walking; grasping and feeling of objects; pulling and pushing of materials, supplies and equipment; and stooping.

Compensation For Assistant Property Manager:

$18-$20 Hourly (DOE)
