Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Electrical Apprentice to assist our Journeymen or Master Electricians with a variety of commercial projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from skilled professionals, and work toward becoming a commercial electrician. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and eager to grow in the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist Licensed Electricians – Support with installations, maintenance, and repairs of commercial electrical systems.
• Learn & Apply Skills – Read blueprints/schematics, attend training, and practice wiring and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Perform Installations & Wiring – Run conduit, pull wire, install devices/fixtures/panels, and handle basic wiring tasks.
• Maintain Safety & Organization – Follow OSHA/PPE guidelines, keep tools organized, and ensure a clean, safe worksite.
• Manage Tools & Materials – Properly use electrical tools/equipment and help track inventory on the job.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of prior electrical experience preferred and high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Eager to Learn & Adapt – Open to instruction, quick to absorb knowledge, and flexible when plans or tasks change.
• Strong Work Ethic & Reliability – Punctual, focused, and dependable in completing tasks.
• Attention to Detail & Safety – Carefully follows instructions, prioritizes accuracy, and consistently observes safety protocols.
• Mechanical & Physical Ability – Comfortable with tools, hands-on systems, and capable of handling the physical demands of the trade.
• eamwork & Communication – Works well with others, communicates clearly, and supports the crew to get the job done efficiently.
