About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Specialist to oversee shuttle transportation and fleet operations. This role involves planning daily schedules, supervising drivers, ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize logistics efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between plant and yard.
  
• Supervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient routing and timely dispatch.
  
• Monitor trailer and truck availability, maintenance status, and compliance with DOT regulations.
  
• Communicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery status and resolve service delays.
  
• Enforce transportation safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
  
• Maintain operational records, including dispatch logs, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
  
• Collaborate with customer service, mechanics, and yard staff to streamline logistics operations.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve transportation issues, including delays, breakdowns, and driver shortages.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transportation or fleet management (logistics industry preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
  
• Proven experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and transportation management systems (TMS) preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean/English
  
• CDL license or technical knowledge of fleet equipment a plus (not required).
