Overnight Kitchen Cleaner Location Johnstown, PA :

We are looking for a Overnight Kitchen Cleaner to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant. The Overnight Kitchen Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upholding sanitation standards using manual cleaning methods. In addition, the Overnight Kitchen Cleaner maintains cleanliness of and keeps all kitchen areas, storage areas, hallways, and equipment in order. The Overnight Kitchen Cleaner serves as a positive team member with the Kitchen department and other hotel departments. Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen area in accordance with company standards for cleanliness and neatness.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
• Cleans walls, floors, and kitchen equipment.

• Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues

Skills

• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules
• Availability to work overnight
• High school diploma is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 per hour
