Seeking a full-time Primary Counselor for a 24-hour Residential Treatment program.

Responsible for coordinating resident care through treatment plans, assessments, summaries, reviews, and weekly 1:1 counseling.
Lead treatment and psycho-educational groups, maintain community resource knowledge, and ensure documentation compliance.
Participate in team meetings, staff training, policy development, and keep clinical records updated.
Provide case management, individual support, screenings, referrals, and assess residents for abuse or neglect.
Model social skills, advocate for residents, and facilitate treatment groups.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, two years of relevant experience, and MN Mental Health Practitioner qualifications.
