Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Detailed oriented
• Must have mechanical measuring abilities with surface plate inspection experience, experience with use of manual CMM's & inspection measuring tools.
• Working Knowledge of Net Inspect, drawings and GD&T required and ability to see three-dimensionally from flat drawings & use of 3 d models
• Preferred knowledge of Government & Customer contract review and interpretation
• Must be able to interface with staff, management, customers and suppliers
• Training in Lean principals (green belt certification Minimum), 5Y's & SPC
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak). Must have good communication skills
• Pre-employment Drug testing required
• Relocation compensation a possibility

  Education & Experience

• High school diploma / GED equivalent with some College or secondary education a plus
• Management experience - scheduling, employee evaluations, Hiring, team building
• 5 min. years' Min. experience in Aerospace/Military Quality Management & Systems
• Proficient in computer use with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point experience a must
