Hours: morning shift Schedule: 4/10 schedule options
Overview: As an Electronics Troubleshooting Technician Level 3, you will be a seasoned expert in diagnosing and resolving complex electronic issues. This role requires a high level of expertise, leadership, and the ability to independently handle intricate troubleshooting tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of electronic systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Independently and expertly diagnose and resolve complex electronic system malfunctions using advanced testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and schematics.
• Develop innovative solutions to intricate electronic challenges, ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Engage in research and development activities to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Oversee the documentation process, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of troubleshooting processes, repairs performed, and solutions implemented.
• Review and approve technical reports prepared by the team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced electronics troubleshooting and repair.
Expertise in using advanced testing equipment and diagnostic tools. In-depth knowledge of electronic circuits and systems.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring junior technicians.
• Ability to innovate thinking and develop creative solutions to complex electronic issues.
